Internship Recruitment Process
The on-campus recruiting program at AIM, noted for its focus on corporate customer service, provides a convenient way for you to interview our students for summer internships.
The process has been designed jointly by the faculty, recruiters and students over the year and tries to optimise the interests of all stakeholders in the placement process.
Different courses/programs of the institute have different (though overlapping) placement seasons.
For MBAs, the placement season commences in November with the summer internship placement and ends with the graduate placement in March. AIM follows a cohort based system of placements, where companies are invited to recruit in various slots depending on the preference of the students.
For Undergraduates, the placement season begins in December and completes by March end. Pre placement talks can start from the September -October timeframe.

The campus placement program of the Institute provides an excellent opportunity to organizations intending to recruit recently qualified Management Graduates. To facilitate campus placement, the Institute provides the data base of the recently passed and final semester candidates as per the criteria finalized by an organization. After short-listing of candidate by an organization or if there is mandate to Institute to short list the candidates within the criteria, the interview of short listed candidates may be organized by the recruiting organization within Institute campus or any other location as selected by the organization. Large numbers of companies have been regularly taking the advantage of campus placement. The student of our Institute, have also undergone computer training, business communication skill course, group discussion sessions and six week compulsory industrial training.
We are eager to receive your willingness for campus placement. Your organization may opt for campus placement at our Institute campus located at Bhopal. Or the same can also be organized in specific places depending on your requirement. Further, the date of campus interview may be finalized as per mutually agreed date/venue.
We would further like to inform that the Institute maintains the database with profile of all students who have passed/appearing MBA final examination from the Institute, which could be provided to you as per your requirement. If you mandate short listing of candidates by us you are requested to indicated the age limit, Place of posting, category, number of candidates required etc for this purpose. Alternatively, we may forward the database of candidates for screening at your end.
It would be needless to mention that the scheme of campus placement would provide an opportunity of having bright candidates to your organization. We are also looking forward to explore the possibility of imparting industrial training to our students.
